Jim Murphy’s Skeet Blog

Jim has been a skeet shooter for some 30+ years. He got his start with father-in-law Bill Mandel who hooked him on the game. Jim’s next move was to find the biggest skeet club in Ohio and move there.

Since coming to Sportsmen’s Shooting Center in Canton, Jim has served as an NSSA National Director, OSSA President and Director, Sportsmen’s Secretary and Board Member, as well as running shoots that bring in the ”big dogs”, make a lot of money for the club, and rank EXTREMELY high in the list of top 100 shoots in the country.

Welllllll, the Zone shoot is over and I am sure Ralph will post the results with maybe some of his own insights and pictures for those of you who have the computer power to view those pictures. So I won’t bore you with the results, I will just bore you. I did not shoot, but was a ref. Pulled targets for two and half days. Let me tell you Sunday was hot and humid with lots of wind.
