NSSA “Association of the Year” 2007-2008
This is an old movie about the installation of new LaPorte trap machines at Sportsmen’s Shooting Center in Canton OH in March of 2004. Replacing ancient Winchester traps, the new machines can almost be filled to the top and shot on all day.
Several of the always present club members joined a representative from LaPorte in getting the machines ready and then putting them into the very narrow trap houses. The final assembly took place inside the trap house and went unexpectedly quickly. In the end and after a fairly routine setup, all that was left was hooping the targets.
