NSSA “Association of the Year” 2007-2008
The 2006 World International Skeet Championships are scheduled for August 18-20th and will be held at the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit's home club at Fort Benning, Georgia. The Inter-Service Championships will be held concurrently, so this will encourage even more of our top shooters to join us. The host club has plenty of capacity should any OSSA members wish to give this game a try. In addition to NSSA medallions, Safelite Auto Glass is the Signature Sponsor for the NSSA event, and has donated $3,000.00 in added money for the 6 Top Open scorers as well as 6 Class Champions.
The new target sequence continues to be a challenge for those wishing to post a perfect 25 straight--with the low gun requirement, slippery low profile targets, 7/8 ounce [24 gram] loads, and nearly 25% of the targets are fired from Station 4-including two pair of Doubles!
